Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool in St. Louis seeks Registered Nurses for full- or part-time opportunities. The float pool covers Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology and more to diversify experience.

Flexible scheduling (12-hour or 8-hour shifts), tiered differentials, up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits are offered to support work‑life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years bedside RN experience.
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical: Regular lifting, standing and mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple Mercy units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology and Neurology.
• Provide patient‑centered nursing care and coordinate with unit teams.
