Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool across multiple St. Louis area facilities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, reporting within Mercy's regional footprint.

This part-time night shift role offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have RN licensure, 1 year Med/Surg experience (2+ years for ED/ICU), and prefer BSN; BLS is required and ACLS for critical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN degree.
• RN license in good standing for the hiring state or compact
• BLS required; ACLS for Critical Care roles.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient populations.
• Provide high-quality care during night shifts and adapt to varied units.
