Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Regional Director of Clinical Operations in the Cleveland, OH area. The role manages nursing operations across multiple facilities, evaluates clinical policy compliance, and leads training during weekly visits.

Strong communication, leadership, and travel ability are essential. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Long Term Care/Nursing Consulting, DON experience preferred, and an Ohio RN license (BSN preferred).

RN - Regional Director of Clinical Operations

CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations for our facilities located in the Cleveland, OH area. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.

• Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.

• Train new nursing management.

• Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys

• Aid in the Plan of Correction process

Job Requirements:
