Job summary

CareCore Health LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Cleveland region. The role focuses on strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, and driving care quality while supporting staff and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio LNHA license, has proven multi-site operations experience in senior healthcare, and can lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare.
• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Travel within your region is required
