Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Resource with RN licensure in Ohio or a compact state to partner with clinical leaders across our long-term care facilities. The role focuses on coaching Directors of Nursing toward clinical, cultural, and financial excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong outcomes.
The DON-level leadership requires at least five years in long-term care, multi-site experience, and a willingness to travel frequently among facilities.
Our family owned and operated multi-state long term care facilitator, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Resource, licensed as an RN in Ohio or compact state, to partner with our clinical leaders amongst our facilities in varied communites amongst the state. The ideal canidate will possess at least five years’ experience as a Director of Nursing for Long Term Care facilities located in Ohio and have a strong understanding of CMS and Ohio Department of Health with regards to regulatory requirements, possess the capacity to lead staff and be willing to travel amongst the assigned facilities on a frequent basis; living locally to be of service to the buildings under your stewardship.
The primary purpose of your job is to coach the Directors of Nursing in your region toward clinical, cultural and financial excellence through intentional leadership. You will guide the teams to care for their residents and staff not only to meet the regulatory guidelines but refine processes that help the teams become the best care givers they can, then how to reflect that in their documentation and evidenced by their outcomes. This job will require constant presence in the facilities and will not be remote.
