Qualifications

• Active, Unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations (OH Dept of Health, CMS).
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire clinical teams.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
