Job summary

CareCore Health is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Cleveland, OH region.

• Leading financial performance, census growth, and staff development initiatives
• Collaborating with executive leadership to align goals and drive innovation

Requirements:

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare
• Current LNHA license (Ohio) required
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Travel within your region is required
