Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve documentation from Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to educate, train, and support LPs to meet regulatory requirements and reflect best practices.

You will also conduct coaching sessions to improve clinician competency, promote high-quality patient care, and foster strong relationships with referral sources,

Qualifications

• Must be an RN (Registered Nurse).
• Valid clinical license per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice setting.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver license.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Preferred: packet review / quality improvement experience.
• Preferred: coding experience.
• Basic technology skills: mobile devices, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation submitted by Licensed Professionals during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency.
• Promote high-quality patient care, regulatory readiness, and positive relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
