Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review patient documentation during Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, and Evaluation visits. This role partners with branch leadership to educate and support Licensed Professionals, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with license valid in state of residence and CPR certification.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.
• Ability to operate a mobile device and basic technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinicians, leadership and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient documentation during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to Licensed Professionals.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards.
• Conduct coaching and training to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness; maintain relationships with stakeholders.
