Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking an RN Quality Assistant to support the Director of Quality Management in optimizing performance improvement and patient care. You will coordinate with hospital leadership to design, measure, assess, and plan safety initiatives across departments.

You will liaise with accrediting bodies such as TJC, CMS, and the Department of Health, and guide medical staff on quality measures. A focus on safety culture and cost-effective operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in the state or as a compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS evidence within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Quality Management in managing performance improvement operations.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership to plan, measure, and assess safety initiatives.
