Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced Director of Quality Services RN to lead quality improvement initiatives and promote safe, effective, and compliant patient care across the organization.

The role focuses on overseeing quality assurance, monitoring outcomes and safety indicators, and driving organization-wide improvements through data-driven initiatives and collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, patient safety indicators, and quality metrics.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient care and organizational performance.
• Review clinical data, identify trends, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leaders on quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Lead audits, prepare quality reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Educate staff on quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
