Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a RN Quality Assistant to support the Director of Quality Management in improving patient care and hospital operations. You will coordinate with hospital leadership and medical staff to design, measure, and implement performance improvement initiatives and liaise with accrediting bodies such as TJC and CMS.

Requirements include current RN licensure in the state, BLS, and ACLS certification (ACLS within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with clinical nursing skills and patient care knowledge.
• Experience assisting in quality improvement initiatives and data-focused activities.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment; BLS current.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Quality Management in planning, measuring, and improving performance and patient care.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership and medical staff to foster a culture of safety and quality.
• Serve as liaison with accrediting/regulatory bodies such as TJC and CMS.
