Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to serve as the Director of Quality Services for a healthcare organization. The role provides leadership for quality, patient safety, performance improvement, risk management, regulatory compliance, and accreditation across multiple settings.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, medical staff, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in-state or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience, preferably in acute care.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with CMS and The Joint Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead QAPI, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Oversee quality-related functions including Infection Prevention, Case Management, Utilization Review, Social Services, and Employee Health.
• Maintain readiness for CMS, The Joint Commission, and state regulatory agencies.
