Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse to support skilled nursing care at Lincolnwood, IL. This role offers part-time or PRN shifts with competitive pay and a shift differential to reflect evening and night hours.

The RN will administer medications, assist with admissions, and develop care plans while coordinating with the nursing leadership. Strong communication and CPR certification are required, with an emphasis on resident safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent; two years college/technical school.
• Area of Study: Nursing.
• 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings.
• Current RN license in state of practice with CPR certification.
• English fluency for communications.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/ administer medications per regs.
• Assist admissions including assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain care plans and service plans.
• Coordinate with D.O.N. on clinical tracking (wounds/infection control).
• Manage discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Provide health-related education to residents and staff.
• Communicate health changes to physicians/family and document.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
