The role requires LPN licensure, CPR certification, and 1+ year(s) in senior care, with strong teamwork and patient communication.

Qualificações

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field.
• English proficiency to perform duties and emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications per federal/state regulations and guidelines.
• Assist with admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain acute and long-term care plans.
• Monitor wounds or infections as directed; track clinical data.
• Notify physicians/families of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
