Responsibilities

• Oversee medication supervision/administration in line with regulations.
• Complete admissions assessments and documentation as needed.
• Develop and maintain acute and long-term care/service plans.
• Support clinical tracking (e.g., wounds, infection control) under DON guidance.
• Discharge planning, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
• Provide health-related education to residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
