Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for Lincolnwood Place in a part-time or PRN capacity in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include medication supervision, care plan development, admissions, and coordination with the nursing leadership to meet residents' needs.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience in a skilled/sub-acute/memory care environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years related experience.
• Area of Study: Nursing.
• Years of Experience: 1+ years.
• Type of Experience: skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Special Certifications: RN license current in state; CPR certified.
• Language Skills: Fluent English for duties and communication.
• Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills.
• Skills and Ability: teamwork and effective task handling.

Responsibilities

• Medicate supervision/administration in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Assist admissions including assessments and documentation.
• Complete care plans and service plans.
• Manage clinical tracking under the Director of Nursing guidance.
• Handle discharges, assessments, and documentation as needed.
• Provide health-related consultations within the community.
• Notify physicians/families of changes in health with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication and confidentiality.
• Participate in Safety & Disaster Plan and staff education.
