Job summary

Mercy Health in Fairfield Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care (Step down). You will assess patient status, coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU, and develop care plans to improve outcomes. The role emphasizes patient safety and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Required is an RN license; BSN is preferred but not required. BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred at hire, ACLS within 6 months. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.
