Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute, a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, SC, is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team.

In this PRN role you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and supervise LPNs and CNAs. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance within the state's largest skilled nursing network are offered to help you grow your career while supporting our residents.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to care team.
• Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.

Position Summary
