Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support residents' health and well-being within a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with CNAs and other professionals. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within a large SNF network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical and teamwork skills with compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Position Summary
