Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role. You will provide direct nursing care, administer meds, and support a caring interdisciplinary team to meet residents' health goals.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
