Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is looking for a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis in Simpsonville, SC. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment with flexible scheduling and reliable hours.

Responsibilities include direct care, medication administration, condition monitoring, and collaboration with the care team. CPR and SC RN license in good standing are required, with PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
