Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. This full-time role covers 12-hour day shifts with both day and night availability.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, document in PCC, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance. We offer competitive pay ($27–$29/hr), up to $5/hr shift differential, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in South Carolina in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
