Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and communicate updates to physicians, families, and team.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and participate in care planning meetings.
