Job summary
Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for 7p-7a shifts. You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor residents to ensure safe, compassionate care in a peaceful, family‑oriented facility.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
- Support and guide CNAs and LPNs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.
