Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, precise ear piercings in a vibrant, customer-focused setting. You will apply clinical nursing skills, maintain sterile conditions, and educate clients on aftercare as part of Rowan’s signature experience.

As a team member, you’ll collaborate with the Studio Manager, participate in sales goals, and mentor newer nurses while upholding Rowan’s Clinical Piercing Standards. This role welcomes newly licensed nurses and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals.
• Obsessive attention to detail and sterile practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform piercings with care and precision.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Monitor the customer experience and resolve issues quickly to uphold standards.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Mentor and train new nurses to uphold Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards.
