Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to deliver safe, celebratory ear piercings by leveraging licensed nursing skills and Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standard®. You will educate on aftercare, monitor patient comfort, and maintain a sterile environment while supporting sales goals.

As part of a team, you’ll collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations, mentor new nurses, and adapt schedules to peak times. The role emphasizes safety, care, and memorable customer experiences at Rowan locations.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Able to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Skilled at conveying both technical and non-technical information.
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals.
• Obvious attention to detail and safety practices.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses welcome. Additional training in pediatrics or ear piercing is a plus.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clinical ear piercing with a celebratory atmosphere.
• Educate customers on aftercare to support healing.
• Monitor and resolve issues to maintain Rowan's clinical standards.
• Maintain sterile environment at the nurse station and procedure area.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth.
• Flexibly fill shifts and mentor junior nurses as needed.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for safety.
