Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks an RN Periop-Procedural Team Coordinator to proactively support perioperative service goals, focusing on clinical quality, efficiency, and staffing optimization across OR/procedure areas.

You will lead specialty groups, mentor CTMs, drive competency programs, and collaborate with nursing leadership to standardize perioperative operations and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree or BSN in progress with 3 years Periop-nursing experience.
• CNOR certification within 12 months of hire.
• Experience coordinating staffing and leading specialty groups in perioperative settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Working Specialty Groups (WSGs) and ensure CTMs attended regularly with outcomes documented.
• Collaborate with SPD & Perioperative units to provide staffing solutions for all Periop areas.
• Assist in action planning, education, RCA events, and audits related to service.
• Oversee staff competency and partner with Nursing Professional Development for onboarding and development.
