• CNOR certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for Perioperative services and manage daily OR activities.
• Oversee onboarding and competency for CTMs and staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize workflows and improve quality.
• Provide feedback and address performance issues per policy.
