Job summary

Bucks County Surgical Suites is seeking an experienced RN Operating Room Manager to lead perioperative nursing teams during operative and invasive procedures. You will coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and align with hospital standards.

The role requires nursing licensure, CPR and ALS, and at least one year of intraoperative experience. You will drive quality initiatives, manage resources, and mentor staff in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice in the state.
• CPR and advanced life support certification required.
• One year intraoperative experience.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise perioperative nursing care.
• Lead quality and performance improvement efforts.
• Communicate effectively with perioperative team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and manage change within the health care organization.
• Participate in staff interviews and performance evaluations.
• Ensure appropriate personnel, equipment, and supplies are available.
