Bucks County Surgical Suites is seeking an RN Operating Room Manager to coordinate and supervise nursing care for patients undergoing operative procedures. The role supports the mission and values of the organization while leading perioperative staff.

The position emphasizes staffing, equipment and supply management, quality improvement, and strong collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient surgical services across the perioperative continuum.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current state nursing license.
• CPR and Advanced Life Support (ALS/ACLS) certification required.
• One year experience in intraoperative setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care for patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures.
• Evaluate and improve perioperative practices using evidence-based standards and quality metrics.
• Communicate effectively with the perioperative team and stakeholders.
• Manage departmental operations including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Participate in staff interviews and performance evaluations; mentor junior staff.
