Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one-on-one with a patient in the home setting in Lakemoor, IL. The role offers hourly pay of $38–$40 with a Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule, and potential school-site duties.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan care, performing focused interviews, and documenting data. A state RN license and BLS are required; 1 year of RN/LPN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the state where practice is required.
• Current health certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray clearance.
• Current BLS card is required.
• One year RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
