Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care for a patient in Plainfield, Illinois.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, perform focused interviews, and document health information while coordinating with families and the healthcare team.

Day shifts on weekends 7a–7p and night shifts on weekdays 7p–7a are available; competitive pay, benefits, PTO and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state where you practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Salary: $35-$45 / per hour

Location: Plainfield

Acuity: G-tube/Trach/Vent/Pediatric

Day Shifts Available: Saturdays and Sundays 7a-7p

Night shifts Available: Monday-Thursday 7pm-7am
