Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care in the Round Lake area. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, conducting focused interviews and monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes.

The role offers $38–$42.50 per hour with competitive pay, weekly paychecks and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k). Flexible shifts listed in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state where practice occurs.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN/LPN experience preferred.
• Current Health Certificate and PPD/Chest X-ray as required by facility.

Salary: $38 - $42.50/ per hour

Location: Round Lake

Acuity: G-tub, TPN

Days: Monday 7am - 5pm; Tuesday 7am - 7pm; Wednesday 7am - 5pm; Thursday 7am - 7pm; 7am - 7pm; Saturday/Sunday 8am - 8pm

Nights: Friday/Saturday 8pm - 8am

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
