Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting in Elburn, Illinois. Compensation includes hourly pay with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, with acuity including G-tube, Trach, Vent, and Pediatric cases. Night shifts and additional Saturday day coverage available.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Night Shifts Available: Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a

Day Shift Available: Saturdays 7a-7p
