Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an RN to provide in-home patient care in Morganton, NC. Join a team delivering skilled nursing services directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state you will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
