Collaboration with the care team, accurate documentation, and ongoing professional development are essential to improve patient outcomes. Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
• A minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience [Required]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification [Required]

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, updating as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans to improve outcomes, ensuring safety and infection control.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care by the healthcare team to ensure quality.
• Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
