Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking an experienced RN to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. You will administer medications, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care within a faith-based healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least 1 year CVPCU experience, BLS, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Experience with EKG and nursing care methods.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations and provide necessary interventions.
