Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming patient transfer requests with receiving facilities, physicians, and transport resources.
• Demonstrate clinical skills in care delivery for safe practice and positive outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple disciplines to optimize patient care and operations.
• Exhibit leadership influencing clinical and operational outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while facilitating communication across teams.
• Maintain working knowledge of inter-facility protocols and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with CPFM staff in a team-oriented approach.
• Promote a Best Place to Work culture and positive environment.
• Coordinate via radio with agencies including Air Medical and UH Critical Care Transport.
• Dispatch UH Critical Care Transport ambulances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
