Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Admission & Transfer Center on an evening shift. You will coordinate patient placement, facilitate admissions and transfers, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure safe, timely bed assignments.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN or related bachelor’s degree, an active Ohio RN license, at least 3 years of RN experience, and the ability to manage high-volume patient flow in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of RN experience.
• Active Ohio RN License.

Responsabilités

• Patient placement and flow management across admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Knowledge of clinical policies to assign patients to appropriate units.
• Monitor capacity and participate in system-level improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure timely patient admission and bed readiness.
