Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multi-state compact.
• All certifications required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient safety programs.
• Gather data on patient-related errors and perform causal analyses including RCAs.
• Conduct risk assessments based on ECRI recommendations.
• Recommend practice changes, policies or programs to mitigate risks.
• Provide patient safety and risk reduction training and participate in organization development.
