Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient safety programs at Wellstar.
• Gathers data detailing patient-related errors and conducts root cause analyses (RCAs).
• Performs risk assessments based on ECRI recommendations and suggests policy changes.
• Plans and delivers patient safety and risk-reduction training events.
• Supports organization development to strengthen culture of safety.
