Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Registered Nursing license in Georgia or multi-state compact.
• 2 years or more of nursing/adverse event monitoring experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient safety programs at Wellstar.
• Gather data on patient-related errors and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
• Conduct risk assessments based on ECRI recommendations; suggest policy changes or programs.
• Provide patient safety and risk reduction training; support organizational development.
