Qualifications

• Group facilitation and ability to manage programs/projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient safety programs and gather data on patient-related errors.
• Conduct causal analysis including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Perform risk assessments based on best practices and recommend policy changes.
• Develop and deliver patient safety and risk-reduction training.
