Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead patient safety and quality initiatives in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts. The role combines clinical leadership with oversight of the facility's safety program to reduce medical errors and improve patient outcomes.

The position requires a BSN-level education and leadership experience in health care, with certifications in patient safety or risk management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in inpatient care related field with J.D.
• 5 years in direct patient care and 3 years in Quality/Risk/Patient Safety.
• CPHRM or CPPS certification or eligible to take the exam within two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Investigates patient safety issues within the organization; attends or leads Root Cause Analysis, Focused Reviews, and Intense Analysis
• Ensures compliance with audits and monitoring as defined in action plans
• Notifies Risk Management of potential risk issues; revises and develops policies and procedures involving patient safety
• Oversees the creation, review, and refinements of the scope of the Patient Safety Program on an annual basis.
