Job summary

Springfield Hospital is seeking a Quality and Risk Management Clinical Specialist to lead the clinical staff in quality, risk and compliance initiatives. You will apply nursing expertise to data reviews and help advance the hospital's quality and patient safety programs.

The role requires an ADN or nursing certificate, with BSN preferred, plus at least 2 years of clinical experience. VT RN license or compact license is preferred, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or certificate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (preferred).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Active Vermont RN license in good standing or compact state RN license (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Effective people skills, teamwork and communication.
• Knowledge of Vermont nursing standards.
