Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety initiatives and programs at the facility level.
• Develop and implement patient safety policies in alignment with NCPS guidance.
• Support development, maintenance and operation of the VHA patient safety processes.
• Work schedule aligns with standard VA hours and responsibilities.
