Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Current CA RN license.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical and technical information and contribute to presentations and analyses.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.

Responsibilities

• Addresses and investigates quality-of-care grievances from health plans, patients and families and coordinates resolution with department leadership.
• Serves as a clinical resource and liaison for patients and their families and assists with navigating all aspects of the healthcare system.
• Provides clinical education regarding treatment and liaises with the patient's clinical service providers to address specific concerns.
• Contributes to presentations, reports, and analyses as assigned.
