Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Addresses and investigates quality-of-care grievances from health plans, patients and families.
• Serves as a clinical resource and liaison for patients and their families and assists with navigation of the healthcare system.
• Provides clinical education regarding treatment and liaises with patient’s clinical service providers.
• May have in-depth specialty expertise and focus.
