Job summary

Novant Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our 26-member Patient Placement Team in Charlotte, NC. In this fast-paced role, you’ll triage calls, coordinate transfers, and manage patient placement across multiple hospitals using Epic and other systems.

You’ll partner with stroke, trauma and emergency teams, bring strong clinical judgment, and work autonomously in a busy environment. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years acute care required (ED or critical care helpful).
• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and transfers like a pro.
• Coordinate air and ground transport.
• Partner with stroke, trauma and emergency teams.
• Manage patient placement across hospitals.
